KARACHI: The Hollywood blockbuster ‘Amazing Spiderman’ is being released in Pakistan (today) Thursday. Atrium, Universe Cineplex in Karachi; Bambino in Hyderabad; Plaza, DHA Cinestar, Sozo World, PAF Cantt and Cinegold in Lahore; Nageena in Faisalabad; Zinco Cinemax in Gujranwala; Rex Multiplex in Multan; and Faisal Cinema in Gujrat will screen this fabulous 3-D film.
‘Amazing Spiderman’ has set new records of popularity in the very first days of its release in India where it has earned a gross Rs27.50 crore, the highest among any Hollywood movie released so far. The film earned Rs8.5 crore on Friday; Rs9 crore on Saturday and Rs10 crore on Sunday.

| The film has been directed by Mark Webb and the central role of Spiderman is played by Andrew Garfield. The film’s cast includes Bollywood star Irfan Khan, Emma Stone, Dennis Larry, Campbell Scott and many others. The story revolves round a 17-year old young man who is living with his aunt and uncle after the mysterious disappearance of his parents. |
